Q: How much is shipping to my location?

A: Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the combined items in your order. Please fill your cart with whatever you’d like to buy and proceed to view your cart to view your order’s shipping cost.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Some items are pre-made and ready to ship. Other items, mostly larger plushies, are made to order and have a wait time to make and assemble of 4-6 weeks.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive after it is shipped?

A: Shipping within the United States has an expected arrival time of 3-7 business days from the time of shipment. International orders may take 3-6 weeks to arrive.

Q: Can I make a return?

A: If you would like to make a return, you can send your item back within two weeks of arrival for a full refund. Item must be in new condition without damages or stains. Refunds will be issued after we receive the item.
