Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return or exchange. Returned items must be returned in the original condition as they were received and include any original packaging and tags. The refund given will be the original purchase price of the item(s) less any associated return shipping costs.

For exchanged items, you may select a product(s) amounting to the same or less value (after shipping) relative to the original item(s) ordered.

Lost, Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Items will be replaced or refunded in full if the product arrives defective or damaged. Items may be required to be returned before a refund or replacement is sent. If your package arrives damaged, please send photos of the package and it's contents so we can forward a claim through our carrier.

Lost packages can be replaced if the correct shipping address was provided. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time after the package tracking is sent to you, please contact us and we can look into where your package is currently or about getting a replacement sent.

Packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently stolen are not covered by shipping insurance. Studio Fluff does not accept any liability for packages stolen after delivery confirmation as the matter is out of our control.
