Shipping policy

Many of our items are made to order. This means we only make the item after it has been ordered. Sewing and embroidery takes time to perfect the small details on each plush. That is why we have a 8-week lead time until made to order items ship out. Please keep this in mind when ordering time sensitive gifts.

For items that are ready to ship such as acrylic charms, enamel pins, stickers and certain plushies, they take 1-3 days to process before shipment. Once shipped, they take 3-7 days to arrive within the US and can take 1-3 weeks to arrive to international locations.
